- The most-reviewed 'Fukuoka tours' are coach day trips out of the city (Takachiho, Aso, Beppu), not city tours.
- In-city tours on GetYourGuide are small: mostly private walks and yatai nights with tens of reviews.
- No hop-on hop-off bus is needed: Hakata, Nakasu, Tenjin and Ohori Park are on one subway line. The FUKUOKA OPEN TOP BUS (sightseeing loops from Tenjin) is sold by Nishitetsu directly, not on GetYourGuide.
- Shofukuji is Japan's first Zen temple; its grounds are open to walk, but most buildings are not open to visitors.
